Talent Acquisition Specialist
Part of the Nielsen Recruitment Center (NRC) that supports 54 countries across the EMEA Region, and responsible for the end-to-end recruitment delivery for Nielsen in Central and Eastern Europe.

Partnering with Nielsen's Connect Commercial business to scale and build their teams. Filling roles across sales, analytics, client services, business development & technical services across the entire market research industry.

Currently, I'm :
▪ Acting as an ambassador for Nielsen to engage and attract top talent.
▪ Partnering with my local Talent Acquisition (TA) team to determine hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.
▪ Building the relationship with the HRBP to keep them updated on the process of each position.
▪ Using creativity and best practices to research, source, attract and contact potential candidates to develop a diverse slate of qualified candidates.
▪ Proactively researching and investigating new tools and technologies to find "passive" candidates.
▪ Providing advisory support for internal and external candidates.
▪ Consulting with Managers, Business Leaders, and the TA team to provide industry/market insight and determine sourcing strategy.
▪ Working with team members to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information for an effective search process.
▪ Building and maintaining a pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.

- editing and publishing of job adverts
- CV selection and preliminary verification of requirements
- arranging appointments for consultant and candidates
- taking part in appointments with candidates
- development of internal data base
- participating in AC/DC sessions
