Revenue Team Manager
- Managing AMER Revenue Team (total of 22 FTEs) consisting of 2 Team Leaders and 20 GL Accountants / Professional Services Business Analysts
- Supervising month end close activities:
o recognizing and reporting total revenue achieved by US & Canada
o delivering product revenue and COGS margin analysis
o covering key SOX controls
o delivering balance sheet accounts reconciliations
- KPI analysis & reporting
- Liaison and close cooperation with:
o external and internal auditors
o country controllers, F&As, FP&As
o other teams within OTC, PTP and RTR departments
- Process improvement and standardization
- Supervising month end close activities:

- Managing seven members of the revenue team representing several EMEA countries
- Cooperating with countries FP&A Managers as well as other OTC, PTP and RTR departments
- Reviewing and confirming SOX compliance of all BS reconciliations; identifying potential risks and working on their solution
- Liaising with external and internal auditors
- Channel Business Coordinator: supervising several channel related programs for HDS Partners
- Delivering annual performance reviews; conducting recruitment process
- Working on external projects
- Cooperating with countries FP&A Managers as well as other OTC, PTP and RTR departments

GL Accountant / Revenue Specialist
- Processing deals: reviewing documentation and financial data; ensuring compliance with US GAAP and
SOX policy; analyzing cost and revenue adjustments
- Ordering, tracking and dispensing of information on all outgoing and incoming products as well as professional services
- Ensuring all mandatory criteria have been met prior to revenue recognition
- Reconciliation of both revenue and cogs balance sheet accounts
- Month end activities i.e. preparing manual adjustments and accruals related to revenue and costs (services, trainings, rebates for customers), ad hoc reporting
- Preparing financial statements according to deadlines and procedures
SOX policy; analyzing cost and revenue adjustments

disputes, invoice copies, proof of delivery, contract/PO issues, analyzing pricing discrepancies,
payment plans
- Evaluating credit risk (D&B, Credit Risk monitor), setting up risk levels
- Reviewing credit limits of key accounts
- Running a variety of reports (ATB; month-end; sales)
- Adjusting monthly portfolio forecasts
- Selected by management to train new credit analysts in San Luis Potosi for two and a half
months
Additional function: Transition Leader in San Luis Potosi
- Overseeing the transition of CPG team from PRG to SLP
- Training new Credit Analysts
- Providing support to new Team Leader and Credit Manager
- Providing progress reports to the CFO
- Working on the Auto Credit Note Project
