Develop dealer and network service support by providing service management tools. Provide technical and aftersales product support training, constantly monitor and review dealer service level capabilities. Plan with territory team coordinated actions to develop aftermarket business.
Main responsibility:
• Evaluate dealer service capabilities and outline with dealers plans to improve their performance
• Provide technical support and solutions for product problems, liaise and feedback to headquarters with technical reports. Provide the network with both field based and factory supported solutions to the product problems in a timely way
• Assist and make recommendations to enhance tools & services required by the field. Advise dealers on service contracts, service inspection programs and extended warranty. Promote these as tools to generate service revenue for distribution and recurring revenue for the manufacturer.
• Develop aftermarket and service support capability of the dealer network through the development and optimization of dealer service operations.
• Assist to technical training to all levels of the service staff at dealer and major key account level.
• Manage the dealer warranty account, disputes and service policy and procedures. Assist dealers own agreements with their service network.

- Provide aftersales support for VCE customers in south-west part of Poland
- Responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of technicians and service staff
- Ensure efficient, effective use of inventory, expenses and assets
- Secure aftersales processes according to KPI and sales targets
- Finding solutions for customers problems
- Building long term relationships with customers
- Negotiating and developing Customer Support Agreements
- Working with close cooperation with sales department

- Contacts with customers
- Schedule and dispatch tasks for field mechanics
- Leading the workshop

- Uczestniczenie w spotkaniach z inwestorami i projektantami oraz udział w przygotowaniu ofert do przetargów
- Udział w montażach instalacji
- Reprezentowanie firmy na targach branżowych w kraju i za granicą
