Business Contribution:
Working closely with Production Department and involvement in the production process for existing products. Contribution within Product improvement and development for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing technical specifications and drawings for production of hardware and fibre products in accordance with given technical requirements.
• Liaising closely with project management to interpret the client requirements accurately.
• Providing design and as-built documentation.
• Supporting new design and development within hardware, seismic and lifting products.
• Producing detailed fabrication drawings.
• Performing engineering calculations to support the design process.
• Preparing test specifications in accordance with requirements to validate product designs.
• Taking action on any non-conformance reports raised as a result of issues encountered during, manufacturing, inspection, assembling or installation.
• Developing products and delivering technical design/development projects within project required deadlines and cost targets. Driving component and assembly designs from concept through to production phase.
• Ensuring that all communication with customers and potential customers is based on sound engineering principles.
• Providing technical support to the production department both in supplying manufacturing specifications and during the processing of product.
• Producing reports to capture the results of prototype testing, including the creation of test procedures, test schedules, results and report writing.
• Ensuring that international specifications & customer requirements are fully met.
