Leading team of Project Managers across Europe for Intel account.

• Oversee delivery of 50-60 design & build projects per year (total value approx. $20 million, fee revenue approx. $2 million)
• Accountable for program deliverables: safety, cost, schedule and quality; commercials; benchmarking and cost savings; close-out management.
• Managing client relationships, member of the account’s regional client partnership team (APT), proactively mitigating escalations and driving prompt problem resolution.
• Owner of supplier base extension.

Project delivery on Intel account for EMEA - projects value up to 5M$.

- Scope development,
- Vendor management and relationship,
- FPLS preparation and submission to client,
- Risk Assessment,
- Scheduling,
- On site construction works co-ordination,
- Ensuring EHS rules on construction,
- Information flow,
- Project weekly meeting update with vendor and client,
- Budgeting, Invoicing,
- Record drawings, documentation.

In addition:
- Regional support/mentor for other PM's from the team,
- Ad-hoc support to Program Lead,
- Regional contractors data base extension owner.

Responsibilities:

- Intel account management (Gdansk and Warsaw office),
- Services provided for client: general building maintenance, cleaning, catering, security, reception, waste management, general office service;
- deliver service measured by KPI and SLA,
- Management of the team (14 people),
- Planning and realization of the contract budget,
- Vendors managements,
- Ensuring of the service accordance with all operating procedures, statutory requirements and Health, Safety and Environmental requirements,
- Ensuring of the high score of following site indicators: Preventive Maintenance, Work Order Completion, Customer Satisfaction, Cleaning Audit Score, Safety Incidents=0,

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the technical service on Intel account in Gdansk (3 buildings, 20,000sqm),
- Realization of the service according to the contract,
- Supervision of the technical service of the building systems: HVAC systems; chiller, AHU units, AC units, boilers; electrical systems: power generators, UPS, ATS, transformers, electrical distribution, lighting; LSS; fire alarm systems, VESDA, FM200).
- Management of the team (4 technicians),
- Planning and realization of the contract budget,
- Negotiation of the contract conditions with subcontractors,
- Technical supervision and commissioning of the new office space realization,
- Energy savings solutions proposal to the client: lighting fixture exchange, corridor lighting control system, freecooling systems for labs, timing set-up on AHU units,
- Pricing proposal and presentation of the best solutions to the client on the request,
- Preparation of the reports of the services realized on the site.

- Project Management – construction of the blocs of the passengers ship on the shipyards AKER YARDS in France,
- Supervision of the work of 50 polish employees (fitters and welders),
- Participation on the shipyards coordination meetings,
- Planning and control of the project budget,
- Taking care of the employees (accommodation, medical service, etc.).
