At present I’m assigned to Business Development Coordinator function, responsible for coordination of proposals' development and reviews.

Contracts administration:

Home office:
On the project I was during Pre-award and Award phase I was:
- preparing individual Contract Plans for packages
- preparing RFP packages for electrical and control systems packages, including revised terms and special terms and conditions.
- managing bidding process for all RFPs in SmartSource software
- performing clarification meetings with client and contractors
- evaluating bids for electrical and control systems packages
- preparing recommendations to client for electrical and control systems packages
- utilizing Fluor's Contract Management System (CMSi)
- leading kick-off meeting with chosen contractors.

Construction site:
On the site I was responsible for Post-Award contract administration for electrical contracts managed by Fluor. From 1.12.2016 I was administrating all contracts managed by FLUOR. My duties were:
- utilizing Fluor's Contract Management System (CMSi)
- attending, coordination, charring and documented meetings with client and contractors (weekly progress meeting, special meetings, coordination meetings)
- establishing and maintaining communications with client representatives and project staff through meetings, telephone conferences and reports to provide client satisfaction
- negotiating terms of agreement with contractors due to changing work conditions
- performing Pre-award and Award activities as mentioned above for additional packages for the client
- analyzing current Agreement status and recommending optimal solution to the client.

New chemical complex comprising 9 process units and associated U&O.

On the project I was a designer and model coordinator. I was a leader of 4 person group of designers in control systems department.

Designer and model coordinator responsibilities:
- coordination of SP3D activities,
- SP3D modeling,
- SPR configuration and support,
- drawings preparation and configuration,
- wiring connection,
- JB loading preparation,
- termination diagrams preparation,
- distribution of layouts via ERB and POL,
- updating InTools database.
- participation in client's and internal model reviews,

Team leader responsibilities:
- team structure organization
- work distribution
- solving current problems during realization
- team productivity analysis and adaptation to project schedule
- preparation of go-bys for my team

My duties were:
- preparing of technical documentation and drawings with Autodesk AutoCAD Mechanical 2012,
- quoting projected installations together with assembly and transport costs,
- calculation of power consumption and required power connection,
- performing data analysis on the base of data delivered by the customer,
- presenting final project versions to client as a Power Point presentation and on kickoff meetings,
- preparation of flow diagrams on the base of preformed data analysis,
- preparation of project documentation and online submitting it,
- calculation of duty cycles for automated warehouses according to FEM norm,
- calculation of productivity of warehouse elements,
- finding limits of flow lines.

Additional duties:
- cooperation with sales offices in Poland and other South-East European countries,
- active support to salesman during project presentations and meetings with clients,
- cooperation with Barcelona office,
- leading one of two project teams in department,
- training of salesman from automation part of Mecalux products,
- direct contact with salesman and distributors on Poland and abroad.

Office worker:
- in office computers servicing and conservation,
- preparation of documents and data tables in WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT,
- introducing invoices to the accountant system,
- preparation of cash register reports,
- preparation of compensation notes,
- introducing bank reports to the accountant system,
- representation of the company on tenders;

Driver:
- driving lories up to 3500 kg (Lublin, Polonez Truck),
- driving single lories over 3500 kg (Star, Jelcz, Liaz, Man, Tatra),
- diving big trucks (Iveco Eurotech, Renault Major),
- supervision over loading and unloading materials,
- preparation of truck driver documentation,
- drivers time of work settlement (twenty-four hour and weekly);

I was responsible for:
- preparation of specification for purchasing for pressure transmitters (SmartPlant InTools),
- checking and updating P&IDs (ERB- Electronic Roller Board),
- generation of Loops drawings for HART and FIELDBUS protocol (SmartPlant InTools),
- preparation and updating of InTools database for whole unit on the Project (SmartPlant InTools),
- checking the proper modeling of pressure instruments in 3D model (PDS application),
- inputting process data for instruments (SmartPlant InTools),
- transferring data from InTools to Excel,
- reports preparation,
- comparison of data (Excel)

My duties were:
- Selling products for water leakage detection,
- water leakage detection,
- preparation and conservation water network monitoring systems,
- direct contact with the client;

Office worker:

Car mechanic:
- basic servicing of small cars, lories and trucks (oil change, filters, brake pads, disc brakes, drums, suspension elements),
- mounting and service of LPG installations (STAG300, ESGI2, BRC),
- electronics equipment diagnostics (TEXA KTS SOFTWARE),
- washing cars in car wash,
- tires change and service;
