PMO Manager, Project Manager
Wojciech worked as PMO Manager and Project Manager for Service Transitions team of Global Tools Team.
Initially he was responsible for reporting of Projects run by the team, establishing Documents Libraries, Lessonds Learned Reporsitory, designing projects startup and funding processes.
With the expanson of the unit, he became responsible for financial tracking and reporting for entire Globsal Unit, managing forecast process, liaising with Financial Teams and drafting and arranging signatures for ICAs.
Finally he designed, proposed and successfully managed a project of creation a financial reporting tool, that automated reporting process and delivered high level of financial visibility of all operations of unit globally.
Simultaneously to PMO assignment, Wojciech managed Kaizen pilot in two selected projects in Poland. Together with the project team and basing on more Kaizen mature unit's experience, he adjusted Kaizen model to ITO environment, created Sharepoint Tool for Kaizen Database and successfully managed pilot which brought potential savings to company on both pilot projects.
After pilot has been concluded, Kaizen, in a shape that has been proved to be working, became part of global Lean initiative.

Designed Service Delivery Model for NOP in UK region in collaboration with Group project team and business in the UK. Liaising between UK Business and IT support in terms of acceptable support processes. Produced Service Delivery Model and Call Handling Guide documentation. Managed knowledge gathering and transfer to UKITICS Service Desk.
Managed Knowledge Transfer for UKITICS/NAITICS mutualization project. Produced Proof of Learning Documentation. Designed and supervised knowledge transfer ensuring seamless intake of services on both Service Desks.
