IT-Leasing Process – weekly/monthly reporting; POs; vendor invoices; recurring entries; vendor accounts clearing
Bookkeeping activities – GL transfer postings, vendor invoices; customer invoices; period-end activities
Billing activities – creation of sales orders and IC customer invoices/credit notes
Accounting Programme: SAP FI-CO R/3; also SD module; working environment: MS SharePoint; IBM Lotus Notes
Processing of SharePoint requests, e-mails and answering to IC clients’ phone calls
