- Building newly established Treasury Financial Support Team (employees’ recruitment and training), organization of its duties, Team activities’ management, supervision and results’ reporting
- IT systems acquisition from Athens HQ – i.e. Kondor+ 3.0 implementation, settlement system and PnL calculation tool migration
- Daily and periodic reporting of Treasury Department activity for Branch management, Head Office management and Polish Financial Supervision Authority purposes– incl. Profit & Loss calculations and its reconciliation with Finance & Control Department
- Positions’ reconciliation and monitoring between Front Office systems and Bank’s General Ledger
- Front Office (Kondor+) and Back Office systems’ administration (including Static Data Management)
- Broad multi-level cooperation with Departments of Finance & Control, Taxes, IT, Accounting etc.
- Projects implementation in Treasury area, planning and participation in tests (applications, functionalities, products, procedures, instructions)
- Tools designing and programming for needs and aims of Treasury Operations Department, Treasury Department and other units (VBA, KSQL, SQL)
- Business Continuity Planning in Treasury area
- Control and support for Treasury Department
- Brokerage verification and calculation
- Collateral management
