Developing data warehouse (SQL Server 2008/2012/2014/2016) solutions to support strategic insight and analytically focused decisions.
Design and build ETL (SSIS) processes from multiple source systems using the full extent of SSIS functionality to load data warehouses.
Utilize Analysis Services/SSAS to design and develop efficient multi-dimensional models/cubes on large data sets.
Prototype cloud based data storage, data integration and automation solutions with Azure SQL DB, Azure Datacenters, Azure Data Factory and Azure Runbooks.
Provide leadership, coaching and direction whilst ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services to exceed business expectations, and respond with agility to changing business priorities.
Design and develop high quality, accurate reports (SSRS, PowerBI + Cortana, Tableau, SAP Business Objects) with a clear and interactive visualization layer to enable business decision making and metric tracking based on business requirements.

Proactively analyse departmental processes to recommend and implement changes for automation and improvements based on data findings (Data Mining, Profiling and Cleansing) 
Support the development of processes for improving retention activities by better utilization of available technology (E-Marketing) 
Deliver support, recommendations, and intelligence through analysis and reporting 
Lead in the management of unexpected technical issues and recommend and implement changes to systems and processes in order to prevent future repetitions
