• managing Supply Chain of bulk materials (choosing suppliers, establishing cooperation, managing deliveries from Norway, Sweden, Scotland and Lower Silesia
• control of section budget (over 35 M €), forecasting, analyzing and reporting budget situation
• production schedules control, preparation of delivery plans

• analyzing and improving delivery system of light equipment and tools to different projects situated in southern Sweden
• working over maximizing efficiency of placing orders and coordination of transport units

• sale of company fixed assets (equipment, transport units etc) organizing tenders, supervision over tender process, reaching financial goals (tendering value 5 M PLN)
• developing (SRS) system for invoicing work of all heavy equipment working in Skanska SA, currently over 900 units in the system.
• training employee and implementation of SRS system in Local Equipment Bases,

• organizing work of equipment and transport units (up to 30 units)
• optimizing work of heavy equipment, invoicing working hours and fueling
• assisting Project Manager, coordination of on-site stuff, gathering and distributing information

Production of building materials for construction projects. As a Project Director Deputy responsible for Production Support Division. 5 teams, 50 employs, 350 M PLN in the process 2011-2012. Proccurement, Equipment, Quality, Logistisc, Administraction.

Leading department responsible for purchasing materials and acquisition of subcontractors. Team of 30 employs, responsibility over the process valued 250 M € during 2009-2011
