• Problem Management mailbox monitoring
• Participating in Problem Management related meetings attended by Customer/Suppliers
• Raising Problem records for selected Incidents and assigning them to relevant resolving groups
• Administering Problems re-assigned to Problem Management for further action
• Liaising with support teams in order to efficiently resolve outstanding Problems
• Reviewing input into Problem Management tickets to ensure that responses are being delivered on time and with appropriate detailed consideration and recommendation
• Taking part in preparing trend reporting analysis information and recommendations / actions for reducing the number of Incidents
• Producing and interpreting Problem Management statistics
• Timely provision of agreed regular reports, statistics and documents

•Handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers regarding technical issues related to: hardware, software and network
•Delivering professional and prompt service to the customers
•Keeping records of all customers’ enquiries in the reporting system
•Analyzing and resolving most common enquiries by providing step-by-step solutions or using remote access to take control of the computer and solve the problem
•Sending more complex enquiries to the relevant IT Support Team

• Foreign customer service via phone and e-mail (west and east european market) in English and Russian
• Traslation support for the texts regarding lighting technology and commercial issues
• Responding to the letters of enquiry (offers preparation)
• Maintaining good commercial relationship with the foreign customers as well as looking for new commercial contacts
• Arrangement of local and international shipments
