- Ensuring complete, accurate and timely P&L Balance Sheet and analysis
- Working with the businesses and other support areas to evaluate and integrate new products and businesses into our financial environment in a controlled manner
- Preparation of Month-End SOX reports
- Participation in Team’s project – UAT’s , process improvements , books opening/closure

Reporting to the GL & Bank Reconciliations Manager, the job holder will:
• Complete reconciliations of all non customer accounts on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
• Complete investigations and resolution of outstanding reconciliation variances on a timely basis.
• Prepare the tax calculations for submission to the site.
• Communicate issues to the department Manager where needed.
• To resolve any issues with the relevant business teams in timely manner
• Ensure close liaison, and build good working relationships, with relevant managers across a wide range of areas throughout the organisation.
• Follow the controls and procedures for all activities completed within the team as advised by the Manager.

Polish Card settlement and Czech Republic Card settlement

verification of information from MasterCard and Visa
invoice control
book necessary corrective entries
matching items in SSR and escalate issues/differences to related departments

Polish GL reconciliation

Make a system to system reconciliation between HUB and WHIRL, based on procedures.

Analyzes processes and procedures.

Continuously update knowledge about card process ·

Key responsibilities – servicing bank applications:
Profile, ADK,SOP,Okap, Cortex, Lotus Notes box monitoring.
