Range of duties:
• Processing customers orders ( entering data into SAP system i.e quantities, prices, items, unloading/ loading locations)

• Providing customers with logistic' product data
• Preparing official letters to customers in Czech and English language
• Making credit / debit notes in SAP
• Confirming balance pallets with customers and supervising pallets' returns

• Checking the correctness of customer settlements in IT systems (EDI)
