- payroll preparation for two companies (up to 20 employees) with all HR and payroll documentation,
- usage of Płatnik and Optima Kadry-Płace applications,
- keeping personal files,
- onboarding for new joiners,
- preparing opinions in case of unclear hr or payroll situation,
- benefits management (introduction of benefits in the company plus price negotiations with benefits providers),
- supporting of recruitment process, conducting interviews,
- creation from scratch and implementation of Performance Improvement Plan in the company,
- outplacement process for employees leaving the company (help to prepare a winning CV,
designing career paths, career coaching, assistance in navigating the job market and show ways
to job search, preparation to job interview, building a personal brand),

- usage of SAP HR - OM part (PPOME, PO13, PP03, PO10),
HR Data Analyst (Feb 2013 - Dec 2014)
- migration of local HR processes in Europe and India,
- usage of application SAP HR (PA30, PA40, PPOSE, mass uploads to IT8 and IT15, Raporting - Standard/Ad Hoc),
- SAP HR training's for Business partners conduction (in English),
- support of employee evaluation process,
- support of compensation processes for Europe and India,
Additional responsibilities:
- organization of integration activities for employees like stretching or workers lunches plus integration events like common dressing the Christmas tree, organization of Christmas parties and gifts for employees and their children.
- create motivational board where I put motivational sentences and HR information,
- taking care of the office ecology.
I try to be a good spirit of the team and the company :)
