BUSINESS STRATEGY: Set priority categories for the business (portfolio strategy); allocate resources to drive business priorities; lead long-term strategy development and execution; collaborate with CEE CMO to align local business strategy; responsibility for financial and market performance of the business (EUR 15M; A&P 5M)
