1. Full responsibility for WIP (Wireless Integration Platform) product development, inclusive:
- world market requirements analysis,
- functional specification,
- software architectural design,
- software implementation,
- software testing,
- network integration,
- market introduction (pilot testing)
- software and system maintenance.
2. Strong technical background in areas of: Broadband Wireless Access telco systems (WiFi, WiMax, FlashOFDM), software development and testing.
3. Managing 35 employees in 7 teams: system desing&architecture, software development, software customisation, system tests, integration tests, radio access tests, project office (incl. project managers and quality manager).
Proven expertise in:
- ultra-fast employment growth and effective team building in a very dynamic/demanding IT/Telco environment,
- building of effective teams,
- staff recruitment,
- active motivating, inspiring, leading and coaching of the personell,
- staff development planning and assesssment.
