Lead Sourcing Specialist (AMS on-site team)
• Proactively sourcing (identify) candidates utilising a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites)
• Employing innovative techniques to identify elusive talent in the market
• Developing, deploying, and re-directing sourcing strategies by role and/or function
• Engaging with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions and ongoing recruitment process
• Creating own network of sector-specific candidates and utilise networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates
• Tracking progress, deadlines and priorities of the current projects

• Conducting various recruitment processes using: Direct Search, Social Media (e.g. Facebook), professional networks (such as: LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.) and referrals to reach the right candidates
• Maintaining ongoing contact with the hiring managers, taking part in consulting newly opened positions, presenting the results of recruiter’s work (candidate’s shortlists, etc.)
• Screening resumes according to the current process - checking education, candidate’s skills and competencies, interviewing
• Developing and managing candidate database
• Building, developing and maintaining good relationships with candidates and clients (according to the concepts of Candidate Experience and Employer Branding)
• Providing information both to clients and candidates on labor market trends as well as advice and guidance regarding their career progression

• Keeping abreast of new developments in the HR field
• Developing current knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations
• Attending weekly meetings with the team leader to discuss development training plan
