Recruitment Consultant at Nestlé onsite IT Project
Responsible for stuffing and establishing team of IT specialists in Lviv, as part of global IT team of EMEA region at Nestlé from beginning to fulfilling whole team.
• Establishing and implementation of recruitment processes and workflow.
• Full cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates focusing on technical requirements provided by the client, extending offers, negotiating offers, and setting up orientation with the HR administrator, relocation services and support.
