Responsible for stuffing and establishing team of IT specialists in Lviv, as part of global IT team of EMEA region at Nestlé from beginning to fulfilling whole team.
• Establishing and implementation of recruitment processes and workflow.
• Full cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates focusing on technical requirements provided by the client, extending offers, negotiating offers, and setting up orientation with the HR administrator, relocation services and support.

• Maintain constant communication with key stakeholders including human resources, hiring managers and business unit leaders.
• Obtain technical requirements during the project launch call with the client utilized to attract the best talent.
