Main responsibilities: Set up of financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives, growth opportunities and margin leverage; Active support for Commercial and Operational departments in their Business development and projects of production and logistics optimization; Preparation of consolidated annual budget for subsidiary (presentation and approval with HQ, Citrix); Monthly rolling forecast and financial results analysis (presentation and dashboard) by business segments; Consolidated rolling P&L forecast for month and quarter; Pricing: plan prices calculation, forecast for margin performance; Budgeting for purchases and monthly control of respective cost (raw materials, transport other cost related to import); Annual budget preparation for Volumes, Revenue, Margin, Sales expenses (loyalty program, bonuses, price differences); Budgeting, control and analysis of Cogs, OPEX and Financial expenses, Manage working capital (analysis and optimization); Cash flow report preparation, forecast for required funding (loans); FX gain/loss minimizing; Balance of estimated payments; Financial expertise of tenders; Optimization of accounts and cost center structure in SAP
