My main responsibilities are:
• Sourcing, screening, evaluating and selecting experienced specialists, through a structured
recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates
• Liaising with hiring managers to understand staff needs
• Sourcing talented candidates, using internal data base, advertising, referrals and head hunting (SSC/BPO sector)
• Coordinating recruitment process: arranging interviews, f2f interviews, closing candidates, managing subsequent feedback
