I was working as sub-project manager coordinating C++ development project. It was an international project focused on developing WCDMA Radio Base Station for biggest Sweden telecom company. There were almost 80 resources working on it, were 18 are located in Poland and I was responsible for communication, human resources management, risk analysis, tasks assignment and many other. I was involved in the requirement process as well.
