User Experience Designer
As a part of OneABB team, I am overseeing user experience on www.abb.com, company's global website. I am mainly responsible for the Product and Services section of the website, but I am also involved in work on developing global features for the portal. In everyday work I am actively participating in gathering and prioritizing of project requirements, user research and testing, creation of wireframes and mockups, overseeing development phase and obtaining and analysing feedback from users and clients. I am a point of contact regarding best user experience practices and solutions for development team and internal users, often taking part in internal workshops as an UX expert. I am also engaged in shaping UX team's strategy, suggesting best available tools and techniques that help to improve quality of our work.
