# CORE and Value Management Team – responsibility for RFQ for new

manufacturing processes.

- responsible for all teams supervising issues ( HR, personal, new employees recruiting and training etc.)
- plan and administrate of corporate budget (operation planning , expenditures, purchase, etc)
- business plan according economical situation and market requirements

CORE and Value Management projects (all products IRS):
- launching new products before official customer nomination (acquisitions)
- preparing finance analyses for customer before official nomination (costs estimation and comparison with competitors)
- launching new products (documentation, drawings, models, supplier offers)
- design changes in all product phase (concept, design and production phase)
- reacting for new market requirements
- proposal of design savings for production parts and for process.

supervision to prepare samples before serial production start

- preparing specification for new product production
- preparing and testing new product in the development stage
- preparing the financial analysis on the basis of specification (drawings
etc.)
- preparing the technological process on the basis of specification
- preparing new documentation in the SAP system (very good knowledge
of SAP system)
- new product launching into serial production
- preparing and launching technological changes

Budget management skills, knowledge of financial analysis (capital expenditures analysis)

Responsible for engineering documentation.
