Heavy Residue Process Complex First Phase at Lukoil Neftochim Burgas

Working as a System Management Controller in a Project Controls Department at Horizon Oil Sands Upgrading Reliability Project for 3 business units:
- SRU (Sulphur Recovery Unit),
- GRU (Gas Recovery Unit),
- BTU (Butane Treating Unit).
Dedicated software support for SMC system (Site Management & Control) for: Safety, Quality Assurance, Project Controls, Planning & Progress and Cost Forecast, used for project management. On-site verification of actual progress of works. Cooperation with Engineering and Quality Control Department. Progress calculations. Preparing weekely and monthly progress reports. Support with initial activites and dedicated SMC training for Subctontractors, Technip and Client personnel.

Working in planning department on dedicated computer software for quality and progress status. Dedicated software support for SMC system (Site Management & Control) for: Safety, Quality Assurance, Project Controls, Planning & Progress and Cost Forecast, used for project management. Data gathering, uploading, inputting and processing for MHC (Mild Hydrocracking Unit) installation in Grupa LOTOS SA refinery. On-site verification of actual progress of works. Cooperation with Engineering and Quality Control Departments. Progress calculations. Preparation of progress reports (internal and for client) on weekly and monthly basis. Cooperation with Handover Department in order to deliver the plant to the Client.
