Six Sigma Black Belt, Production Area Manager
• I am personally responsible on Final Assy OE production for new project GM Epsilon II and support for new project’s launches for Customer GM, PSA&Volvo (DFSS). I report directly to Plant Manager and Master Black Belt in European structure.
• As 50% of time I coordinate the works connected with new mfg hall investment. I am responsible on timing and budget.

Six Sigma Black Belt , (Replacement for Production Manager)
• I am personally responsible for continuous improvement activity. I report directly to Plant Manager and Master Black Belt in European structure.
• I lead six sigma projects and coordinate the work of 14 Green belts (working on their own projects in different areas)
• I am responsible for measurement sytem analysis related to statistic tools, tracking and analyze the cpk rate (process capability study), scrap rate and OEE factors (overall equipment effectiveness).
• Monitoring and implementation the SPC (statistical process control) for key characteristic in production process
• I cooperate with Lean Leader in Value Stream Improvement Team. Together we are responsible for Lean Action Plan, Value Stream Maps, 5s, Visualization, Process Standardization, Kaizens and Lean Events. We report to Plant Manager and Lean Director (European structure)
• Our Continuous Improvement Team is responsible for Kanban system implementation in production and logistic processes if applicable.
• Involvement in Best Method Teams working on global projects related to several Plants (similar production profile)
• Responsibility for saving calculations and TVM (Total Value Management).
• Responsibility for Lean&SixSigma activity in JIT Plant Poznan.
• Temporary responsible for BMW motorbike muffler’s production as Production Supervisor
• Participation in SBU meetings, Global Lean&Six Sigma Team meetings
• Responsibility for training resources in Lean, MSA, 5s, 8D techniques, Six Sigma (Yellow Belts and Greenbelts). Certification process for YB and GB.
• Support in SAP production module for shop floor resources.
• Participation in Team accountable for ISO TS implementation.
• For my personal development as Black Belt I was awarded by Gold Owl statue in 2005.
