Tomasz joined Accenture over 3 years ago. He is currently working as a Consultant in the Warsaw office. His main area of speciality is design and development of industry-specific systems and applications (CRM, billing) for telecommunications. Additionally he specialises in database designing and development of multi-layer websites and aplications using Oracle, MySQL, Java, PHP adn XML-based languages. He is also experienced in local area networks administration and maintenance.

Tomasz participated in project functional analysis and high-level design stage, taking responsibility for the following areas:
business process analysis and functionalities design in the area of contract implementation (domestic and international interconnect and infrastructure contracts)
business process analysis and functionalities design in the area settlements for domestic and international infrastructure.
Design of functionalities in area of rating, reference data implementation and interfaces.
Design of domestic and international contract implementation in InterconnecT 7.0.3
In the second stage of the project he was technical architect of the solution for reference and transactional data migration team.

Single Front End - Custom CRM application
SFE project was to design implement application supporting all customer service applications and systems, in the way of building one, common GUI for graphical interfaces of these systems. Tomasz participated in post-roll-out phase, which aim was to increase system performance in terms of speed a business processes success ratio. He was responsible for gathering AS-IS business processes performance data, statistical analysis and bottlenecks identifications. Later he was an active member of solution team.

Oracle BRM billing platform implementation
The aim of the project was to implement billing system (Oracle BRM, former Portal Infranet 7.3) and integrate it with existing IT infrastructure for new Polish Mobile Virtual Network Operator.
Tomasz’s main responsibilities included:
Requirements analysis, functional and technical documentation preparation,
New functionalities implementation,
Design of CRM application, including implementation of Polish interface,
Managing of a small team implementing Mobile Number Portability system and application supporting Polish mobile numbers porting process,
Team leader of a group of developers, implementing CRM application,
User Acceptance Test management. Post-tests modifications and adjustments process management.

Sales Force Automation for Business Market
The SFA project was to design and implement online system supporting sales process in terms of clients data gathering, sales force management, reporting and monitoring. System implemented features such as sales-person geolocation as system was based upon two different UIs (web-based and Blackberry application).
During SFA project Tomasz was responsible for analysis and design of core solution, including data model, users rights subsystem and others. During the implementation and testing phase he took full responsibility of designing and implementing core database and interfaces with other operator’s systems.

Mobile Number Portability
The aim of the project is to design and develop a system maintaining Polish number portability service.
Tomasz is responsible for managing small maintenance and service team. Additionally team implements requested improvements and amendments to the process according to company’s requests and changing legal regulations. Since the beginning of 2006 he was responsible for analysis, design, development and testing of more than 20 system upgrades requested by the client.

The main objective of the project performed for fixed-line operator was to prepare an assessment of existing IT infrastructure from the perspective of telco markets initiatives in Poland.
His main duties during this project were:
IP, voice and signaling network assessment
IT systems analysis and assessment
In the course of the project Mr. Madej participated in number of interviews, gathering information in the areas of interest.
