AP and AR Senior Team Leader and PTP Subject Matter Expert
All activities described for AP responsibilities, and additionally AR activities:
- management of a team providing order to cash services to a number of business
units and territories in EMEA region,
- supervise a team of specialists (6 person), delegation / prioritization of team
workloads, training newly recruited team in the processes,
- calculation and monitor SLAs/KPIs/DSO reports on a daily/monthly basis,
- responsibility for customer care and complex query resolution, daily calls/meetings,
- identify opportunities for process efficiency and continuous improvement,
- people management and administration role
for PTP Subject Matter Expert
- Documentation of local country specifics for PTP process,
- SOP and DTP drafts preparation and verifications,
- Knowledge transfer organization,
- Participation in the process formation and development of future solution in accordance with client strategy.

Team Leader - Accounts Payable
- participation in project of creation accounting system in SAP and tools connected to
SAP for newly established company. Help to SAP implementation team to define
system activities, configuration data, scripts writing and execution
- localization visits in all client branches in Europe - to provide accounting rules,
present process flows and to confirm local finance and tax agreements,
- AP knowledge transfer process during transitions to IBM Manila Delivery Center,
- supervising team’s day to day operational activities (8 person)
- ensuring the team’s timely completion of all allocated tasks (daily, weekly, monthly)
- keeping control on process compatibility with client's procedures
- participating in continuous process improvement
- helping to banking team in clearing accounts and solving old return payments.
- manage internal audit of work
- T&E process maintenance
- provide guidance on issues found during internal audit and suggest possible
resolutions and root causes
- provide work statistics according to client's expectation
- preparing daily, weekly monthly reports (KPIs, CPIs statistics, accruals)
- AP/GL account reconciliation,
- dealing with customer's queries via email / telephone / weekly calls
- take part in recruitment of new employees

matching, batching, and coding the checks as well as fixing discrepancies that were
not processed the first time around.
- contact with French and English clients and cooperation with support in USA,
England and France.
- processing supplier invoices, Interco reconciliations, netting, managing scanning
of input documents process & workflow, dealing with supplier queries and
reconciling supplier accounts, payment runs, liaising with internal/external audit,
- preparing balance sheets, indicators of efficiency and other financial reports.
- participation in recruitment process for the AP team
