- Plan and organise the teams workload in order to achieve customers and departmental objectives;
- Analyse and research VM data in order to accurately update menu and labour data in our menu management systems;
- Liaise with the team in Chelmsford and actively participate in the task-list meetings;
- Liaise with clients as and when required;
- Work with the team in Poland and Chelmsford to analyse and resolve data issues and queries;
- Assist and carry out tasks as deemed appropriate by the Team Leader or Data Manager as and when required;
- To ensure that the menu and labour data for all projects under my control are updated in accordance with instructions from Team Leader and Data Manager;
- Provide feedback to Team Leader and Data Manager or a regular basis or on request;
- Attend training programs as and when required;
- Produce clear, comprehensive work instructions to support all maintenance activities and store in a central network repository;
- Provide support to the production team and validate imports & exports;
- To fully validate all month maintenance work prior to handing over to production / task-list sign off.

- Liaise with the team in Chelmsford to provide support when required;
- Liaise with customers as and when requested;
- Work with the team to resolve data issues and queries;
- Provide status reports and flag issues;
- Document and keep up to date all procedures relating to projects under my control;
- Assist the Data Manager - Dealer Services as and when required;
- Represent Dealer Services and act as liaison with other departments within the Polish office.

Creation and maintenance of Clifford Thames Menu Pricing data: planning a schedule of maintenance;
- Reviewing technical documentation;
- Updating database in accordance with agreed schedule.
