Overall responsibility for the business & cost controlling of two manufacturing sites across EMEA region. Accountable for coordination, consolidation and delivery of monthly Management Information Packs and Planning & Forecasting packs for the functional Leadership Teams.
Coordination work of group of Business Analysts to deliver high-class Performance Reporting and standard core components of all Planning & Forecasting packs for key customers.
Monitor performance against SLAs and proactively identify issues and areas for improvements.
Perform relevant financial controls (including SoX controls).

General responsibility for cost controlling in CSC organization worldwide, including Logistic, Demand Supply Management and Purchasing departments.
In charge of budget consolidation and steering. Overall control of budget execution, short and long-term forecasting, headcount planning and monthly reporting to board of management. Accountable for development and extention of existing reporting to CSC requirements and standards.

Overall responsibility for cost controlling in purchasing business worldwide. Providing an appropriate level of analysis for monthly and annual closing processes.
Preparing monthly results analysis with proposal of explanations of variances. In charge of business planning and forecasting. Strong involvement in extension of the existing reporting, development of reporting standards and automation.
I identify, drive and realize cost reduction measures to meet the planned values worldwide.

Responsibility for the shape of the P&L and actuals proofing for Gillette manufacturing plant. Accountable for financial planning, accounting, forecasting and month closing.
Perform and communicate variance analysis between actuals, forecast, plan and prior year financial results. Monthly reporting to the management board including interpretation of results and highlighting cost control opportunities and risks.
Strong involvement in company savings projects and targets by providing assistance with evaluating projects in a financial sense.

Responsibility for P&L accountability, product costing and monthly reporting for Gillette packaging center. Close cooperation with 3rd party vendor which provides packaging service to the business. Performing BOM calculation for finish products and inventory reconciliation between business partners. Analyzing production execution according to the business plan. Strong involvement in forecast and budget preparation as well as monthly variance analysis.

Participation in SAP implementation for Gillette packaging center. Performing ad hoc analysis of freight costs, cost savings and product cost calculations.
Involved in inventory reconciliation between packaging center and 3rd party vendor.
