Support of billing system (CRM/ERP) of UPC in five countries: Poland, Hungary, Czech, Slovakia, Luxembourg
- solving current problems reported by the clients
- analysis, design, programming new functions of the system, testing
Implementation of new releases of the billing system
Achievements:
Very good knowledge of work flow on each support level: 1-2-3
Very good knowledge of product’s life cycle
