IT Demand Manager CE
- Working with the Commercial IT and key stakeholders in Poland and Central Europe region to ensure the successful transition to the new commercial IT model and delivery of benefits including savings and simplification
- Working closely with the Business to understand and ensure local business requirements, expectations and opportunities are identified, prioritized and represented in Commercial IT strategies
- Ensuring implementation of Commercial IT Strategies in partnership with markets management and incorporate into the Region strategic business plan (CRM, BI/DW, CLM, Digital Channels, KAM, KOL Management, Mergers & Acquisitions)
- Managing the relationship with market business managers at all levels to ensure that IT investments deliver real business value
- Working closely with the market Business and IT organization to ensure that IT Projects are prioritized, scheduled and beneficial
- Ensuring that all pre-project business analyses and other activities necessary to build Business Case, start projects and control budget are delivered. Defining problem statements and involve proper IT and non IT stakeholders, specialists and Business Consultants necessary to deliver Business Case and start project
- Ensuring business users of new and/or changed IT systems modify their processes and/or ways of working to derive the planned benefits from the system
- Ensuring that Customer Satisfaction is regularly measured, analyzed, necessary corrective actions and improvement actions are taken
- 9 months secondment that is a part of GlaxoSmithKline development program

Global SFA Project Manager
- Managing a portfolio of projects within Global Sales Force Automation Program including development and implementation of Siebel based CRM system in Middle East, North Africa, Asia/Pacific and Americas regions (35 markets); development and implementation of Business Intelligence solution (Siebel Analytics) to 4 markets in Asia and 17 in Europe; CRM Lite pilot (online CRM available outside company perimeter) in Taiwan, Pakistan, Gulf and Near East and Saudi; Mobility pilot (CRM on GMS mobiles) for 2000 medical representatives in India
- Developing and maintaining market implementation plans, and manage its delivery through direct and/or indirect management of program staff according to established milestones and budgets
- Identifying and managing program market implementation deliverables, incl. aspects of market discovery, scoping, acceptance testing and solution deployment
- Ensuring all major requirements gaps from markets are identified and evaluated, implications of changes are understood and agreed prior to project rollout phase to the market
- Work with central GSFA Program teams (virtual team dedicated to market implementation) including in-house and off-shored vendor resources
- Ensuring that individual market deployment plans are well integrated within overall GSFA deployment Program plans (forward looking planning, resource allocation, program tracking and monitoring, communication, management of issues and priority conflicts)
- Managing existing interfaces and dependencies with other projects and programs within organization
- Ensure smooth handover of live applications to Service and Support Team

- Awarded with Gold IMPACT award for project implementation in Greece and Spain
- Developing a standard set of reports supporting business decisions for segmentation and targeting across 27 markets in CE Europe and Russia
- Implementing Quality Management System for SUN (Infor) Financials a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implemented in 29 markets across CE Europe, Russia and North Africa
- Awarded with Gold IMPACT award for project implementation in Greece and Spain
- Developing a standard set of reports supporting business decisions for segmentation and targeting across 27 markets in CE Europe and Russia
