• Responsible for entire production in accordance to safety, quality, 5S, cost and output on timely manner
• Accountable for manufacturing engineering team
• Cooperation with functional or operational area managers (for example in planning, logistics, maintenance, technology, quality) and together understand current and future needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing manufacturing activities
• Develop and modify existing line layouts, processes, and fixtures to improve material flow, waste reduction, and ergonomics by utilizing Lean Manufacturing best practices.
• Managament of car body geometry
• Management of the launch of a new model
• Close cooperation with central team (R&D, Manufacturing, Laboratory) during new lauch fase and mass production fase
• Coordination of benchmarking activity - Virtual Teardown of competitor cars.

• Coordination of all direct material changes regards to material saving.
• Direct link between Vehicle Value Optimization, R&D, Manufacturing and Plant
• Teardown Activity coordination - competitor cars analysis
• Product Cost Reduction activity coordination (Kaizen Weeks, Workshops with suppliers)
• Coordination on assembly shop, all activity connected with model Ford KA.
- Coordination of new startups (new version and options)
- Coordination of all changes on the model (HPV reduction, material cost reduction, quality improvement)

Coordination at the assembly department of all aspects related to the Ford Ka model:
-Product changes during the life
- Launch of new versions and options
- Coordination of changes that reduce labor intensity, improve quality, reduce material costs.
- Supervision over technological documentation and the validity of introduced changes,

- Coordinate and implement process development projects,
- Maintain engineering documentation
- Apply World Class Manufacturing principles to all aspects of the process manufacturing equipment insuring quality, safety, capacity and high value added operations,
