Leader of a retail merger stream of Nordea Bank Polska and PKO BP – responsible for the whole merger process both on the business and IT side in the area of retail banking.

As Head of Banking Products Department responsible for:

1. Banking products management and development for private and corporate customers in Poland, where we have maintain and develop:
 - accounts,
 - cards (debit, credit and charge),
 - savings (until 04.2013 including term deposits, saving accounts, deposits wrapped in insurance policy),
 - credits (until 05.2012)
 - cash management products (corporate customers)
2. Projects management and sponsorship related with products and processes development – we run local (polish) and international projects across the Group, forced by legal environment changes (EU Consumer Credit Directive 2008/48/EC, FATCA, PSD) as much as by internal development needs (new products and process)
3. Preparation together with Marketing Department sales and marketing campaigns.

As Head of Saving and Investment Products Team in BC (until 12.2012) responsible for:

- Saving & Investment products management and development for retail and corporate customers in Poland and Baltic Countries (Investment Funds – Nordea Luxemburg Funds, term deposits, saving accounts, etc)
- Running and managing Baltic Projects including implementation of MIFID processes,
- Providing of sales tools and managing sales processes,
- Managing of HR policy for credit managers in Baltic Countries,

− Roles and responsibilities as mentioned above with focus on credit products (mortgage loans - only Baltic Countries, cash loans, overdrafts, etc).
