As a Lead Sourcing Specialist I develop and deliver agreed recruitment services to the Client Services team. A key component of this role is to design and undertake innovative sourcing strategies to attract and talent pool candidates from within the market place in a cost effective manner.

On day to day basis my main job is to Source Talent for Microsoft (See above). Additionally I deliver training to new starters and colleagues on Sourcing basics, Advanced Sourcing, Social Media, basically anything a good sourcer needs to know.

Talent Sourcer delivers sourcing expertise and market knowledge to progress hiring process for niche and hard to fill roles. Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking is a must.
