Global Packaging Capability Manager – Flexibles
- Deliver the short, medium and long term strategy for Flexibles packaging.
- Development of new Flexibles materials and technology in close cooperation with external partners (resin suppliers, feedstock suppliers, converters, machine suppliers, research institutes and Universities)
- Global innovation and harmonization/cost saving Packaging project initiation and management
- Continually seek out and develop new Flexibles packaging materials/technologies and suppliers which can deliver improved functionality and differentiation (including Open Innovation management)
- Close cooperation with Procurement, Categories and Supply Chain on the Global and Regional levels
- Development of new Flexibles materials and technology in close cooperation with external partners (resin suppliers, feedstock suppliers, converters, machine suppliers, research institutes and Universities)

- European Innovation Packaging development, project management and implementation
- Mid and long term material strategy development and implementation
- Close cooperation with Marketing, Supply Chain and Purchasing
- Build and lead the R&D relationship in Europe with the key strategic suppliers
- Continually seek out and develop new packaging materials/technologies and suppliers which can deliver improved functionality and differentiation
- Manage resources (technologist, budget, equipment) where required
- Mid and long term material strategy development and implementation
- Close cooperation with Marketing, Supply Chain and Purchasing
- Build and lead the R&D relationship in Europe with the key strategic suppliers
- Continually seek out and develop new packaging materials/technologies and suppliers which can deliver improved functionality and differentiation

Packaging Design Technologist (Central Europe)
- Packaging project management
- Work out innovative and creative ideas for packaging as requested by the business and in terms of product, marketing and financial aspects
- Prepare and accompany consumer research and STM’s and transfer the outcome into packaging
- Evaluate packaging technology solutions with Packaging Development, Suppliers and other departments related to packaging, engineering and supply
- Search for new suppliers, methodologies, technologies and materials to guarantee new packaging concepts over a long-term view
- Packaging development and implementation
- Work out innovative and creative ideas for packaging as requested by the business and in terms of product, marketing and financial aspects
