Tomasz Cichanowicz

Responsible for managing the financial controlling and system elements of a broad range of transformation projects happening in Europe. Some of the elements are setting up Transactional Service Agreements for disposals, the integration of acquisitions and the design of solutions for new business developments.
The focus of the job is on the financial controlling and systems side of these projects, including (but not exclusive) accounting treatments, controls setup and impacts, SAP and adjacent system change requirements, treatment and impact on operational costs, tax and cash.
The job is at the heart of Unilever Europe strategy.

-Working on various Supply Chain Finance project i.e. acquisitiins/disposals
-Working on process harmonization, standarization, continous improvments within Supply Chain Finance

‐ Working on integrated SAP module : CO-PA which prepares and allocates P&L information within the system
‐ Creation and maintenance of the CO-PA allocation cycles
‐ Preparation of management reporting
‐ Preparation of cost/revenue analysis, investigation of variances between periods, categories, business units etc. on various levels
‐ Preparation of management reporting
‐ Supporting company community with ad-hoc analysis on company results
‐ Controlling and maintenance cost center master data

‐ Managing Team of 2 senior analysts
‐ Business Partnering to Finance Excellence Team UEBV & european Controlling Team
‐ coordination Month End Close activities
‐ working on process harmonization, standardization, continuous
improvements within MEC and reporting
‐ managing the relationship and be primary contact person with 3rd party
service provider (Capgemini)
‐ main point of contact for Unilever Supply Chain Controllers during the monthend close
- coordiating forcasting process for Supply Chain cost split for Europe
‐ main point of contact for any business performance question coming from the
different teams within the Supply Chain Finance network
‐ responsible for all controls around MEC topic

‐ working on various Supply Chain Finance Innovation Costing Projects
‐ working on process harmonization, standardization, continuous

Cost and Hours Reconciliation, Cost and Revenue Analysis
• Cost and Revenue booking, invoicing and control basing on Contract with the Client
• Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
