Regional Process Leader
• Leading the Artwork Process as part of the Product Supply function and provide artwork process mastery to enable the Business Unit (BU) to meet its critical business needs; owning the BU Artwork Process and internal artwork workflow system
• Overall responsibility for the effectiveness of the artwork process; accountable for ‘right the first time – RTFT’ and ‘on time – OT’ deliveries of artworks.
• Liaising with all involved parties, dealing with Legal, Regulatory, R&D, Marketing, Technical Packaging and the plant amongst others
• Training and alignment of Business Unit resources and adherence to the agreed processes.
• Owner of Artwork CPS and results reporting
• Owner of all level supplier relationships (artwork studio, contract manufacturer, printer) in respect of the actual artwork delivery; especially the artwork studio
• Single Person of Contact maintaining quality systems in artwork process
