Management of R&D division including:
• Financial performance of the R&D department – forecasting, setting the financial goals (revenue, EBIDTA, growth), reporting to top management.
• Business Development – Defining the business strategy, looking for the new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, quotations and successful sales. I have enlarged the scope of services provided by the R&D department, extended the operations to new markets (from Finland to Poland/Germany/Canada) and in consequence increased the revenue and profitability.
• Account Management - Complete management of ongoing activities for the Key Customers. Relationship management, execution of the ongoing projects and forecasting. Achieving the multimillion revenue, high profitability and constant growth.
• Team Management – Building and complete management of the group of ~30 people. Resource Management, Line Management, Projects Portfolio Management, Recruitment, Competence Management, Motivation and Team Building.
• Project Management – Complete management of complex, multidiscipline projects. Projects offering, planning, monitoring and reporting, managing customers’ expectations. Successful delivery of the projects / solutions. The project portfolio is available for inspection.
