Customer Support Team Leader
o Leading 20 specialists in 4 different sub teams with different responsibilities
o Managing 4 team coordinators that work in sub teams as follows:
4 Technical IT specialists responsible for clients issue and backend support
3 Data and Application specialists responsible for functionality and data issues
9 consultancy specialists responsible for dedicated advanced assistance for our clients during sunset of EcoWin product and migration to Datastream, currently team serve in majority pre-sales, displacement, retention projects.(including on-site service for customers)

IT Support Specialist
o Direct IT support for our customers, covering all IT related support for EcoWin Pro product , working with Siebel CRM system.
o Coaching IT Resolver team, organizing work, dividing responsibilities, ensure quality of service from my co-workers. Representing the team in front of the manager.
o Experience with on-site visits. visiting clients’ sites and troubleshooting problems in-place,
o Participating in various projects like creating data converters or project that covered upgrading Reuter’s software for 4000+ users.
o Working closely with our IT operations team maintaining EcoWin Backend environment, Development team (within Reuters and outsourced companies i.e. Vinga, QMS – Eviews vendor) and Sales team.
o Setting support framework and fitting that into Reuters standards,
o Training new employees for Technical team,
o Ensuring quality of our product by testing new releases of EcoWin Pro and bug reporting.
