- Reviewing and qualifying all active candidates responding to job postings, ATS, and websites
- Developing candidate interest for available positions and managing relations with candidates
- Conducting screening interviews with candidates to check interest in the role, motivation and career track
- Follow-up with candidates if any questions
- Creating shortlist of candidates per role and presenting to Staffing Consultant and to the on-site teams
- Managing and updating the recruitment database and system (Avature, TAS Brassring)
- Providing project feedback to Staffing Consultant
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of the client's business area
