Customer Quality Engineer
-Interface with customers’(OEMs and suppliers) quality engineers in order to understand their quality requirements for our products. Ensure clear and timely issue communication to the appropriate OEM facilities, and appropriate feedback to the customer
-Responsible to respond and ensure resolution of all customer issues related to quality regarding our products.
-Reviews quality trends, tracks the root cause of problems and coordinates corrective actions.
-Actively participate in CFT meetings to develop new processes (define Incoming controls, process controls; gages etc.) which will meet customer requirements
-Assuring that production process meet Customer requirements and have documentation with latest revision
-Implement necessary countermeasures and verify their effectiveness related to Customer claims or continuous improvement
-Lead and supervise professional staff providing technical assistance and guidance in their respective areas of responsibility.
-Ensure timely, accurate, and complete submission of PPAP/ISIR packages.
-Take part of APQP, Gate review and other project meetings to ensure customers about timely and accurate implementation of new projects
-Create IMDS for product according to Customer specification

-Monitor supplier performance and take appropriate action when negative trend occur
-Supporting Quality Manager to ensure compliance to the latest Integrated Management System requirements
