- Providing solutions in Data Warehousing, ETL process, Data Modeling areas,
- Providing support for MicroStrategy’s product suite and its underlying technologies,
- Improving the communication with customers,
- Implementing Microstrategy product for customers,
- Ensuring that customer issues and enhancements are solved and solutions are delivered back to the customer.

-Checking the Business Intelligence software functionality of MicroStrategy in areas like (i.e. interface functionality, project duplication, change auditing, functionality of reports, Functionality of data bases (Access, SQL Server, Oracle),
- Finding solutions to problems reported while using MicroStrategy’s product suite through analytical troubleshooting abilities,
- Creating the technical documentation and test cases for particular features,
- Prioritizing and communicating product defects and enhancements to development teams,
- Enhancing personal and professional growth by participating in Internal Training Programs,
- Ensuring that critical customer issues found in beta products are resolved prior to GA version,
- Learning how to install, test, troubleshoot and position MicroStrategy products,
- Documenting and sharing technical information gained from product testing with the rest of MicroStrategy’s team,
- Defining test plan based on client expectations and internal testing guidelines

- Creation of new way of invoicing corporate customers,
- Stabilization of new created banking process,
- Helpdesk maintenance of banking application ePICS (e-Pricing Implementation Control System)
- Development of banking application IBM Cosmos – macros written in Visual Basic
- Person responsible to contact technology team supporting epics application located in UK and India
