Commercial Finance Solution Executive EMEAR at Cisco
Main responsibilities:
-Working as a business partner and trusted advisor for the Sales and Finance Management Teams to optimize deals
-Price, yield and economic factors analysis to mitigate risks and drive Cisco’s profitability
-Identifying non-standard terms (including delivery & payment terms, liquidated damages, acceptance conditions, limitations of liability, currency, etc.) and other revenue recognition challenges
-Support decision making for executive approvers on deals by detailed analysis by providing recommendations
-Driving best practices and adopting standardization protocols to help the function scale up to the expected outputs level
-Building and managing cross functional relationships with Sales, Legal and Treasury Teams as well as Cisco Capital, Tax, Corporate Revenue Teams, in order to enable close interactions for deal reviews and approvals
-Sustaining compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act)

Main responsibilities:
■ Pricing and costing modeling for big and complex proposals
■ Providing commercial expertise to the business to sell profitable deals and manage commercial and contractual risk
■ Participates in negotiation of contracts with clients and subcontractors.
■ Engaged in reviewing, drafting, marking up contracts and all commercial documents (e.g. terms & conditions, schedules, service level agreements, subcontracts, etc.)
■ Working closely with and advising Sales, Legal, Delivery, HR and other members of the bid team
■ Preparing documentation for and participates as necessary in BU/Group Risk deal reviews
■ Managing ad hoc analysis and queries

■ Identifying costs and performing the cost buildup for an individual opportunity
■ Identifying other cost saving opportunities within the deal

I like skiing, dancing, travelling and cooking. This year I tried snowboarding and it seems to be my new passion. I promote healthy life style and I am into physical activities. I care about the environment and that is why I've decided to travel by bike rather than using car or public transportation. I keep myself busy by being involved in multiple events and initiatives. Recently I was involved in two Capgemini CSR projects - "Peter Pan" play exposed in Cracow's Ludowy Theatre and "Zlanocki" exposed in Warsaw's Studio Theatre. I always use opportunity to help other people, that is why I put myself into different pro bono and charity events like Red Nose Day, where money for Siemacha Association' wards were collected.
