• Running Health and Safety for DC Poland, cooperating with H&S services vendor, being a member of the H&S committee, taking part in the accidents reporting.
• Running evacuation and disaster recovery planning, including group of the ‘floor wardens’.

• Preparing contracts quotations for customers (as TSM)


IT Specialist – Security and Risk Management Focal Point, Compliance and Primary Controls Focal Point
• October 2010 – presented (by General Manager – Europe) to the European Award for Innovation Leadership and Performance. Award has been granted.
• Working in a team, responsible for security secondary controls for a group of 3 countries.
• Managing, performing and administering of internal audits (from Compliance and SARM point of view).
• Gathering and processing data from internal/external audits (KPI’s, KCO’s, SOX)
• Leading the project that changes/makes easy internal communication and User ID approval process – seen widely across European IBM locations. This was project ‘Bluegroups’ awarded in 2010, now implemented in Spain, France, Benelux.
• Daily/weekly reporting to the European Executives (Compliance and Security issues).
