- law regulations analysis for researched business areas (EU Directives),

- properties (private investments / refurbishments),
- stock exchanges, mutual funds.

- controlling job of 100-170 employees - Masters, Shift Leaders, Engineers and
Technicians,
- reporting production results to Plant Director,
- organizing recruitment for Engineers, Technicians and Line Employees,
- creating ISO documentation,
- Plasma Module Manufacturing development: processes design/improvement,
implementing lean methodology/tools,
- controlling production status, plan and delivery schedule,
- preparing and controlling Key Performance Indicators (KPI),
- continuous process improvement, current problems analysis and finding
countermeasures.

- PC components trade (also international B2B contacts),
- software trade,
- assembling of PC, servicing,
- user support/helpdesk (private and institutions),
- installing, administering, configuring and troubleshooting of Microsoft OS.
2. Automotive – import of used passenger vehicles (from private users and
institutions – after leasing).
