A temperature control system of the novelty refrigeration unit
Development of the control software for the refrigeration unit based on the PLC (X20CP1301 from Bernecker&Rainer).
The task of the developed control system is to control the refrigeration unit functions, according to the declared requirements.
The main idea is to find robust control algorithms, mainly for the temperature, which make a process stable in any working point.
A considered refrigeration unit operates in two modes, which allow to stabilize the temperature in the chamber despite the growing layer of frost on the surface of the evaporator when the temperature is below the freezing point. We have to analyse technological factors, which may disturb a temperature inside the cold chamber.
The task of the developed control system is to control the refrigeration unit functions, according to the declared requirements.

Spray booth control and measurement software.
Development of the control software for the spray booth based on the OPLC (XLe7 Horner).
The task of the developed control system is to control the refinishing spray booth functions, according to the declared requirements. Based on preliminary assumptions, following system functions were identified:
- checking the preconditions necessary for the proper operation of the painting booth,
- communication with the operator - the reception command signalling of various operating states cabins painting and drying modes,
- alarm signalling,
- system of the temperature stabilization inside the cabin,
- system of the pressure stabilization inside the cabin,
- lights control system inside the cabin.
The project is in the final stage connected with an installation of actuators, sensors and testing a developed software with a real time plant.
