I co-operate to Polish ISCG IT Company. I drive, provide and manage projects from various area of technology (Microsoft and non-Microsoft as well) . Most of them touch following topics: Infrastructure consolidation, AD Migration, Hyper-v, AD, AD Federation Services, ILM/FIM, Microsoft System Center (SCOM, SCCM, and SCVMM), VMware solutions, Citrix Xen App/XenServer.

I worked as an Active Directory Premier Field Engineer .I have provided trainings and support to Microsoft Premier Clients in almost all aspects of platform specific tasks, issues and problems.
My responsibilities involved providing services (reactive-proactive) and solutions to client, problem solving, debugging, make presentations and knowledge transfer. My major specialization was Active Directory and platform but have working knowledge of other infrastructure solutions and architectures. I worked in number of projects. Most of my engagements were provided in CEE region-UK involved.

I worked as IT Specialist and Team coordinator in IT system administrator’s team.
I was responsible for a number of projects.
We have managed huge above 30 000 employee infrastructure with root domain and two child domain plus trusted domain what in conjunction to our different solutions, modern technologies (hardware and software) and huge network topology make it extremely complex to manage. Besides my daily administrative tasks I was a member of the big projects like VMware virtualization, Identity Lifecycle Manager Project, ISA server migration to TMG, MPLS network migration, Upgrade to 2003 DC’s, Active Directory reconfiguration project, SQL database upgrade and migration, Citrix solution implementation, WDC data center migration, SRM, bank fusion’s and etc.

2. SQL server administration and management
3. ILM administration and management
4. Citirix administration
5. Vmware administration and Hyper-V POC
6. Cluster server administration(Microsoft, EMC geographical , vmware)
