Microwave transmission projects technical leader (Rollout/SWAP)
Responsibilities:
• Microwave transmission projects technical support
- Bidding phase – RFP technical review, workshop and presentation, technical guidance for sales department
- Project preparation phase - customer and subcontractors training (installation, commissioning, configuration, maintenance), negotiating installation standards and implementation procedures between Huawei and customer technical departments leaders,
- Implementation phase – implementation quality controls, technical problems and critical issues solving
- Acceptance tests - Acceptance test procedure support
- Maintenance phases - coordination of field line subcontractors teams work during customer network care activities
- Microwave subcontractor bidding process support - new subcontractors technical skills examination, contract negotiation support (technical issue), responsibility matrix creating
• SDH and WDM projects support (part time) - Onsite equipment problems verification, verification of WDM network optical parameters (optical power, spectrum analysis)
